Please note that your registration is not considered complete until these materials are provided. If these materials are not obtained, you may not be able to attend.
- A copy of your degree
- A copy of your independent license
- Copy of your professional liability insurance
- A signed copy of the completed Terms and Conditions form
- Students: Graduate transcript, practicum or internship hours, curriculum vita, and a letter from their current supervisor, which includes the supervisor's degree information, licensure information and license number. Note: If participants are currently enrolled in a graduate program, they must have completed their core coursework and be working under a licensed supervisor in an internship/practicum setting. First year graduate students are not eligible.
Costs do not include these reading materials that must be read prior to attending the course.
Trainees are required to obtain and read the Francine Shapiro's primary text. Shapiro, F. (2018). Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Basic Principles, Protocols and Procedures. (3rd ed.). New York: The Guilford Press.
Trainees are also required to read Francine Shapiro's book for clients. Shapiro, F. (2012). Getting Past Your Past. New York: Rodale.
