EMDR Training Financial and Refund Policies
Early Registration Cost: $1,750/ Post-Deadline Registration Cost: $1,850
I am aware that payment, any requested materials, and registration details must be
completed before I am considered fully registered and able to attend. I am aware that if I do
not submit the required eligibility documentation within 7 days of my online registration
that my space may be given to another registrant who has already fully completed the
registration process.
Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to the start date of the program will not
be refunded unless and only if it is possible to fill your spot with someone from the
waitlist. This is not guaranteed. Either way, no matter when the cancellation, there will be a 20%
administrative fee. Please contact info@eaemdr for cancellations; your request will be replied to within 5 – 10 business days. No exceptions will be granted to this policy for any reason.
This EMDR training is a comprehensive and highly interactive 62-hour experience that requires every participant to be highly involved in the learning process through collaborative discussion, extensive lecture, demonstrations, practicums, and consultation. As a result, participants are better prepared to not only learn EMDR Therapy, but also identify how they will successfully integrate EMDR Therapy into their practices. Each participant who registers and provides payment for the EMDR Therapy Training course
assumes commitment and acknowledges the requirement to attend all 62 hours in order to
complete this EMDR Basic Training.
These trainings are small, by design, and your registration is your commitment to attend
and complete all 62 hours. If you do cancel 30 days or less, it may lead to the cancellation of
the whole course for others.
Your “spot” is not replaceable mid-training. Once the training program has commenced,
no partial or full refunds will be given for withdrawal from the program for any reason including, medical issues and personal/business conflicts. There are no partial
credits or refunds.
Please keep in mind that under this agreement, the trainer is not required to put you
in another training if you have to withdraw mid-course. In addition, the trainer is not
responsible for your withdrawal, and any subsequent inability to complete the full training
within the EMDRIA required 12-month time frames as a result of you cancelling mid-
course. Per EMDRIA requirements, participants who begin the EMDR training must complete the entire training, all 62 hours, within 12 months from their initial start date.
Dragonfly International Therapy, LLC reserves the right to cancel programs with
inadequate enrollment at the 30-day mark. It is for this reason that participants are encouraged not to pay for any non-refundable travel arrangements prior to that 30- day mark. If Dragonfly International Therapy, LLC has to cancel programs with inadequate enrollment, the full training fees paid will be fully refunded.
Any additional expenses associated with the cancellation of the program, at any point,
including but not limited to, travel expenses, lost income, and other additional costs are not the responsibility of Dragonfly International Therapy, LLC should the program be cancelled due to inadequate enrollment.
The participant acknowledges that to make up any missed portion of the event(s),
including partial hours or any pre-scheduled consultations, would involve privately
scheduling with Sarah Jenkins at an additional charge of $200 per hour, per person, or possibly an EMDR CIT currently facilitating the EMDR course with her. If there are any spaces in any pre-scheduled consultations with an alternative EMDR training
cohort, you may attend at a rate of $125, but those spaces are not guaranteed, and in that
case, individual consultation would apply as above. It is the students responsibility to
schedule as such.
Injury or illness does not disqualify you from this refund and cancellation policy.
