DBR Trainings

Learn with Sarah Jenkins LPC, CPsychol

Approved DBR Trainer. EMDRIA Approved EMDR Trainer. Consultant. Founder of Equine-Assisted EMDR.

Welcome!

As a trauma and dissociation specialist, therapist, trainer, and consultant for over 23 years, I’ve found that offering trainings and consultation for therapists is an art that goes beyond simply delivering information.

Learning new things can be challenging. We may find ourselves feeling vulnerable, triggered, even lost as we begin to learn and experience any new therapeutic modality, skill, or material. So, having the sense of being seen, heard, and felt as we learn can be so important.

Amidst the natural ups and downs that come with learning new things, a teacher’s mindful presence can make all the difference. This matters to me.

As a teacher, I find joy in creating learning spaces where students feel mentored, inspired, and can experience a sense of connection. I love finding opportunities to discover what ignites a students’ passion for learning.

Perhaps you might join me in finding yours. There are a wide range of learning spaces here.  Please explore my training calendar, and see what may speak to you.
